I have been pretty lazy regarding this site.  Check back later in the week and I should have some postings.  I might even have some pictures!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK so today we went to San Antonio for lunch.  I was surprised with all the hoopla of Superbowl we were heading on down.  We had a great time only Uncle Chris should know not to say he is having what I am having to drink.  He was quite shocked to see his Texas size margarita.  He quite enjoyed it and we had a great time exploring the Alamo, the river walk and our boat ride along the river.  All the times we have been there we have never been on the river boats.  It was fun and our guide was just too funny(or maybe it was the margarita).  After all the fun we headed home and made almost in time for kick off.  We probably missed all the good commercials but the trip was worth it.

Once we landed back in RR we headed to a Superbowl party and had a blast.  Thank you for such a great time and great wings!  Now it is late and a storm is coming once again.  I can see the lightning off in the distance but I am not sure if it is going to get here.  IT is terrible windy now.  Quite a contrast to the 75 weather we had earlier.  Such is the weather in Texas.

Noah is a big boy!  He JUST lost his first tooth.  Such an exciting event here as he was so worried yesterday that there was going to be blood.  LOL this coming from the boy who slammed his head into a corner and had to get 7 stitiches(2 on the inside) and didn’t even whince.  The tooth fairy is coming tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanksgiving was a wonderful event.  WE had about 21 people over and I finished everything the minute before everyone got here.  How nice.  I got to sit back and enjoy the day.  I did not take any pictures but Carol did and I thin they are on her website now.  Sorry about your camera, didn’t know it was yours.

Nice cold front coming now.  Man the wind blows here when one comes in.  Was 79 earlier and going to get to 35 for a low soon enough.  Gotta go back inside now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it is TV time now.  I didn’t even know that Grey’s Anatomy had started.  Just caught up on that via the web.  I never really knew how many shows I watched until it was make up time.People always comment on shows that I should watch but I fear I have too many to keep up with now.

I watched Grey’s last night and really wanted to tell Meredith to SHUT UP.  Am I the only one sick of her whinning about Derek?  The other stories are way more interesting.  Rose turned into a pyscho and I don’t believe she had any reason to be bummed.  She clearly knew it wasn’t over.  I loved the Major Hunt guy.  I hope we see more of him.

I watched Desparate Housewives today.  I really am surprised that Gabby would let her girls get fat.  Come on she was a model.  I miss her bitchiness!!  I see everyone has a problem but the Scavos problem is something I think we all knew was going to happen.  Those boys have always been out of control.  It’s nice to see Lynette and Tom go back to the old tricks on the kids.  The Edie and husband storyline I picked up on at about the halfway point.  He was just too interested in getting along with everyone.  That got me thinking…plus the way he went about to get the house.  Halfway I figured he must be the husband/father of the mom/baby that Teri Hatcher’s character killed.  Then when the shrink called and talked about anger management ….ding, ding,ding.  What could make you so angry but to lose your family.  He said only one person should be afraid.  Watch out!

Now Heroes.  I have to watch this show when my kids are away or in bed.  Next episode starts in 30 minutes.

Gregg and I watch Survivor too.  Gotta catch up on that as well as we missed the first episode.

Shows I can’t wait for are Pushing Daisies(so cute) and Dirty Sexy Money.  I just hope the latter is better than the last few episodes.

So that puts my TV total to 6  oooops 7 when Lost comes back.    I still have to watch the last 20 minutes of the season finale since we lost power that day.  Perhaps I should watch the whole episode to refresh.  Wow!  Thank god for Tivo!!!!!!!!!!!!

finishing my PTA work and off to see Tropic Thunder.  I’ll write a review tomorrow.

What a week it has been!  We have had a busy week so far.  It seems it will only get busier.  We haven’t even started advertising.  I can only imagine how busy it will be once we get the word out.

Ah and one of the most beautiful reasons I selected this home site.  Always gorgeous!

Tomorrow is our first day off since we have been here.  WE have been working all day and haven’t had any chances to see any of our friends.  Can’t leave the kids all day to leave them again to meet up with everyone.  We did have Sat. Night.  Tomorrow we have some errands to run.  We have to go to the SS office.  Texas has a 2-3 hour wait while RO has a 5 minute wait.  We all have dentist appointments tomorrow at 2.  Then we are going to spend some time with my dad.  I’m hoping to get to see some people next week.  We should be done  training soon.  I think we almost have it all down.  I’m so excited to get back home and start getting things ready.  I can’t wait to see how far the construction has come along.

Gregg got away tonight.  He is at the Piston playoff game.  Good news is they are winning right now.  I think we are going to take the kids to the Tigers/Red Sox game.  oh there is a dilemna.  Which team to root for???  Go Sox!

Still hoping to get to Ann Arbor.  I always love to go back to U of M and see how the campus has changed.  REad that they had graduation in the Diag.  Want to see the carnage.    I also want to get to Royal Oak and see all the new bars and restaurants.  What a great place.  I do miss RO.  It was fun to take the kids for dinner and walk around.

So much to do so little time!!!!!!!!!!!!
