Detroit was actually number 100 and wasn't Warren in the 80's?  I wonder if the warren thing is the GM tech center?  But Detroit?  Teachers needed?</description>

		<description>Not to shoot you done, but is this list for real? Detroit made it in the top 100 cities for finding a job? Warren, Michigan too? Wow, I could think of cities in Michigan more promising then those two. Ann Arbor? 
Gotta say, houses prices here are also falling into these ranges now too. You can buy a very nice, newer home in Washtenaw county for $150K today. At least $100k less then 5 years ago.
I guess that is the one positive point of the hard times in Michigan today. Unless you are trying to sell!</description>
